We live in a fast-paced society, so it's important to remind ourselves to slow down once in a while -- especially when we're eating. It takes 20 to 30 minutes for the message that you are full to get from your stomach to your brain. Research has found that people who eat slowly are less likely to overeat.

 

Tip #1: Avoid Skipping Meals
Tip #2: Beware of Juice and Soda
