About Me

Diagnosed with Type 2 in 1995, in the last year I have dropped my A1c from 6.4 to 5.1. This is with a program I created myself with hopes of utilizing with a community-based support program we are currently designing. Have been a teacher, writer, graphics designer, co-founder of WOJB-FM on the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwa Reservation near Hayward, WI; co-founder of American Indian Community Development Corporation, Minneapolis. Semi-retired, now serving on the board of the Circle Newspaper (Minneapolis) Green Institute, MN GreenStar, and Phillips Community Energy Co-op. Considered an activist, writer, photographer and world traveler. Married to wife Sharon for three years. World Music collecter. Also member of CouchSurfers and Ventura Village Neighborhood of South Minneapolis.
