I recently read about how Diabetes was treated in the past. Pre-insulin survival was not very good and treatment and understanding of the disease was very limited. So many advancements in just the last several years. New drugs and treatments. I can live with this disease. I can reduce my risks of life threatening complications. I can find hope.
