    Hi Kelsey,

     

    I'm glad you are safe.  What a horrible situation.  Your post got me thinking about a different aspect of being prepared for any thing that disrupts your schedule.  You are so right in pointing out how important and ingrained structure and routine becomes when managing diabetes.

    Thank you Pam!

     

    A regular routine is the best friend of a person with diabetes.  However life sure has a way of disrupting our nice, set schedules, doesn't it? 

     

    It feels great to be back to normal in San Diego this week, at least for those of us not directly impacted by the fires.
