Major suckage Kelsey.  I think we often get too comfortable in "getting away with it" in regards to not planning ahead enough.  Certainly happens to me sometimes too!

having children is a very common reason why we take the focus off of ourselves.  all of our energy goes to taking care of our little ones and it's harder and harder to remember to take care of ourselves.  we go from me, me, me, to all them.  it's both good and bad.  we are taking responsibility for our children and being less selfish, but we go too far that way and end up neglecting ourselves.  it's hard to find a happy balance, especially when you add a job into the mix as well as husband and home care.  we get submerged,if you will, in everything but ourselves and end up feeling guilty if we even stop for a bubble bath.  good luck on trying to find that middle ground.  it's the most important thing you will do, for not only yourself, but for your family as well.

As long as you see there is a problem, you can always "correct" it!

Be careful though because it sounds like you have the start of Hypo unawareness.
