    Kelsey, this info. is so helpful and on the mark!  I have huge fluctuations in my BG after 1 yr w/ T1, and since I tend to favor carbs over protein, am really challenged to eat a low carb diet.  The scenarios you provide really helped shed a lot of light on my typical 'scenarios' at work and at home.  Thanks so much for sharing this!
