Little Changes, Big Difference - Part 1: Blood Sugar Trends

Read Kelsey's intro to the 5 part Little Changes, Big Difference series   As I attempt to bolus more accurately, I've found the one of the most important questions to ask myself "pre-bolus" is: "What is my blood sugar doing?"    Note that the question isn't "What's my blood sugar?"...

Kelsey, this info. is so helpful and on the mark!  I have huge fluctuations in my BG after 1 yr w/ T1, and since I tend to favor carbs over protein, am really challenged to eat a low carb diet.  The scenarios you provide really helped shed a lot of light on my typical 'scenarios' at work and at home.  Thanks so much for sharing this!
