    Congrats of the good numbers, but after reading how you've been eating it doesn't surprise me. What you describe is a mostly low carb diet, and that's how I keep my A1C at 5.3, with no meds at all, well that & mu Gazelle edge which I faithfully get on every night.

    Congratulations!! Reading things like this makes me try harder every day to get on track with my diabetes. I have been having a really hard time lately and just reading post about how other people can do it makes me realize I can too.
