Cutting Out the Bedtime Snack

So, the last few weeks I've been testing this theory. Sure enough, my doctor was right, it's much easier to control my blood sugar through the night when I cut out the bedtime snack variable. Plus, I find that I fall asleep more easily without a full stomach of food digesting. Honestly, I'm so tired by the end of the night, I look forward to climbing into bed instead of visiting the refrigerator one last time!
