    Hi Kelsey,

I definitely can relate!!  I used to run competitively - starting at age 11 through high school and now I only run now and again with my kind of lazy Golden retriever.  Your thoughts on positive thinking resonate with me.  I've been really working on that and your post with its relation to running is inspiring me to get back out there to run again!!  Have you tried yoga?  I have been trying to get to 2 classes a week and it has helped me manage my sugars well, but the running is great for weight loss.

    Best wishes,

    Eileen

P.S.-  I do hope your ankle heals swiftly and that you are in less pain as I type this.

I'm surprised you go out without a cell phone, too.
