So glad you wrote about this...I am pregnant with my first child and am so focused on my blood sugars and food. I am lucky that being a teacher, I am not working during the summer so my focus is entirely on the health of my baby.  I won't have to go back in September either as I will be far enough along that I'll be at 4 appt a week so school just won't be a possibilty.  I keep imagining what this will all be like with our second!!! I am unsure how it will all work but if we are blessed with a second child I'll make it all work.  Good luck to you...can't wait to read more!

I just had my second child and as I am a type 1 I understand. Tongue out  I kept pretty tight control and we all survived so it can be done.  I wish they would find a cure but to be honest, I don't think I would keep myself as healthy if they did.

I never thought about the leverage your past experience will give you!  I bet you'll be able to use that experience even more than you might imagine.  Laughing
