Hey Gina,

I normally make this recipe with couscous, but ultered it a little to be lower GI. It's one of my favs!

Hi Melanie,

I'm interested in some gluten free recipes.  While I have not been officially diagnosed with celiac's I seem to have gluten sensitivity.  I have always make a bulgar parsley salad and miss it very much.  Suggestions on alternatives to items like bulgar, but that might be comparable in texture and flavor.

A good substitute for the burlgar might be quinoa .  In addition, it's richer in protein
