    Not only is this a great idea, also would be a suggestion to put this in ur wallet with medications u r taking for when u might be in an accident or go to the hospital and they ask these endless question. WaaaLaaaa u hand them this paper.

    thanks for your comments. maybe we should develop a laminated wallet card for people with diabetes providing pertinent up-to-date info?

    Yes, that would be a great idea.   I never remember all the meds I'm on when asked.  There should be a way to change it at will because the perscriptions change .. at least mine do.
