Helloooo,
I have been on the spit for about 6 months. I started on 5's and in a
month changed to 10's. My A1C went from 8.2 to 6.5 during this time.
Never felt better. However for the last month, nothing I do can get me
back to those readings of 120/130's. I have progressivley gone to
200/230 in my waking/fasting morning readings? I have been a good boy
on my intake. I quit sodas, use splenda, eat less, and gotten away from
as much carbs. I have gotten my weight to209 down from 244. Now that
is on a rise am now 222? I exersise daily for 45 min. 5 days a week. I
seem to be headed back where I was. Has my body just all of a sudden
rejected the monster stuff? Has anybody else had the same digression?
I take 1 glipizide along with the spit.
Thanks for listening.

Oh danni boi,  I don't know for sure if this is it, but you might want to re-think using Splenda.  I just got through reading a book called Sweet Deception by Dr. Joeseph Mercola, and it says that Splenda might cause weight gain.  Surprisre, SUrprise, He says sachharin is better (not great, just better) because it has a longer track record.  Check out Mercola.com

I agree - Splenda is not what they say it is.  In my personal book I have it down as poison.

Another idea - try doing interval training - look up PACE on the net - the idea makes sense.
