Hi,

i have the following question. About three months ago I had bloodworkd done and my fasting bg was 109. To be sure, the doctor had a second one done, which was 99. Now, two months later, my bg was 96, and my A1c 5.5. This look all normal I assume. However, I had quite some lows, such as a 59 after a Nantucket Juice (1h after), or 69 after Sushi. I am almost always in the seventies in the afternoon, and I am eating failrly well according the nutritionist. Other readings I had were 121 2h after dinner, and all the morning tests I did myself are in the higher nineties, a handful above hundred. I feel weak a couple of times a day, so i eat some nuts to get read of that then.

Do people without Diabetes issues go as low as 59 or as high as 145 (1h after eating)?

Thank you
