Not sure why we you are insisting on this as a future when I have repeatedly reminded you that these technologies are already available (since 2002) via Diabetech's online store at http://mygluco.com
Granted, we use GSM networks and not the CDMA networks that QUALCOMM makes money from. Bottom line is that people with diabetes and their physicians have been enjoying exactly what you mention in this article for the past several years; both type 1 and type 2 not mention the work we are doing to improve the standard of care in diabetes in pregancy.
I suggest you step up your reporting to include factual reporting that includes actual systems in place today lest you risk being perceived as a 'tool' for big industry players.
