I have just found out I have type 2 diabetes. I don't know anything about what to do and my doctor has not been much help? Can you help me? I had a blood test done and they called me in some medicine and mailed a diet sheet and told me to check my sugar often (at least twice daily). What else should i be knowing and who do i go and ask questions?
