I am 65 years old and is very active running my engineering company that employs 300 persons. I travel extensively both with in India and to the USA and Canada. 7 months ago I found Foxtail Millet has tremendous effect on sugar levels in blood if completely substituted for wheat and rice. I lost 12 kgs (from 90 to 78) in less than 4 months with an hour of walking daily. I did not feel tiered in this process.
