I have found some diet guidelines and great recipes at http://www.lowglycemicrecipes.net. They list carb amount, calories, fat, fiber content, Glycemic Index (GI), Glyco Load (GL). I haven't seen any other sites that offer the GI and GL together in their recipes. Do you think it really matt...

    I have been using and eating the GI and GL lifestyle.  It is great, because it keeps my A1c normal by eating that way.  For me , it is a lifesaver, and has allowed me to use diet and exercise.  Occasionally, I cheat, but 90% of the time, I follow a low GL or GI regimen.
