Hello everyone in Diabetes land! This is my first sharepost and I am new to the community here.

I have been diabetic for 10 years and I am currently interested in the role that vitamins and supplements play in maintaining a balanced life with Diabetes. Specifically, I wanted to learn about how supplements can help stop the side effects of diabetes. All my doctor talked about was how to maintain blood sugar. They never talked about how to protect myself from vascular damage due to high blood sugar or how to increase the utilization of the insulin I do take.
