The Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation® (DRWF) is sponsoring a special presentation of : Diabetes Transplant Summit taking place at the Bethesda Marriott Pooks Hill in Bethesda, Maryland on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at 7pm. Free event! The event will feature five islet cell transplant recipients who are now living insulin-free as well as researchers and surgeons Dr. Bernhard Hering and Dr. David Sutherland of Schulze Diabetes Institute in Minneapolis.
