WOW, I am going to look into this in my area (raleigh nc) or teach myself some mat exercises.  I have a moderate frozen left shoulder that my physical therapist works on, she does a lot of movements in the socket and resistance training - which do help, but I am always looking for more relief.  Thanks for the info, I will look it up!

Did you do the Gyrotonic exercises before or after rotator cuff surgery?  Were they in place of or in addition to your regular physical therapy session?  Thanks for your post.
