I am so glad to hear that you are feeling better by going gluten free.  I have been gluten free for several years and have also been doing much better.  It is getting easier every day with more and more resources.  A great resource to check out is www.gfregistry.com.  It helps you find restaurants and more with gluten free menus.

Happy eating and stay healthy.

Wow your story is just like mine.  I found out last June that I was Diabetic.  For years now I have had at least 8 of the Celiac symptoms but did not know what it was until I was experimenting with my blood sugar levels to find foods I could eat.  A common thing kept happening and it was certain grains.  I looked this up and saw all of the symptoms.

I was shocked to see that I had at least 8 of them but not the main one which was the intestinal issues.  Within a week of stopping eating gluten my joints stopped hurting and I have a lot more energy and the fog has lifted.  I am going to see my Doc next month and get the test to confirm what is going on.
