    I don't like my WaveSense Presto, it reads 20 dmg(if that is the correct way of stating it) than my old TrueTrack smart system and the One Touch Ultra Mini meters I have. I have tried to contact their website but have not recieved a reply from them and it has been over 2 wks.

    hmm, I called them to ask questions and actually had some issues with the backlight, it went off too soon.  They were great, and guided me thru changing the timing on the backlight. There is an 800 number on their website, I advise you to call them, their customer service picked up on the 2cd ring!

    The higher readings I got with my Presto bothered me too until I read their accuracy pieces that Ann suggested and I realized this is my actual blood sugar.  I am glad I know now.

    Thank you for this article.  Test time is not three seconds.  It is four to 12 seconds.
