I thought I would stop by and toot my horn: I have been on Byetta for 1 1/2 years and I am doing great! How nice would it be to one day wake up and be stress free because you're able to get the medications you need to be able to live a normal life without it causing you financial bankruptcy?  I'm at the end of my rope.  It's very hard to have to decide whether to eat, have a roof over you're head or stay alive by taking the meds you need... Read moreChevron

Frustrated with daughter's doctor!

My daughter was diagnosed as a diabetic Type 2 in 2006 and has been able to control her diabetes by weight loss, diet (low carb) and exercise.  She dropped 60 pounds (from 275) and has been able to maintain the weight loss and keep her blood sugar in control.  She will be 39 in October.   About eight months ago her family doctor... Read moreChevron
