Loosing It

My husband was recently diagonsed (6 wks ago) with type 1 diabetes. He's being treated with an oral medication, which is contradictory to everything I've read. Frustrated with daughter's doctor!

My daughter was diagnosed as a diabetic Type 2 in 2006 and has been able to control her diabetes by weight loss, diet (low carb) and exercise.
