Smiths Medical discontinues Deltec Cozmo pump (Part 2)

Yesterday I wrote about my initial very frustrated reaction after learning that Smiths Medical is discontinuing the Cozmo insulin pump. Which I consider a crying shame, as the Deltec Cozmo pump, IMHO, is the best pump out there.   Today, I spoke with several people from Smiths, including Richard Thomas, Vice President, Global Diabetes,... Read moreChevron

Now, there are about 6 different... Read moreChevron

New at pumping

I'm living with T-2 . . . 16 years now . . . have gone through all the oral meds . . . got myself off before burning out all my beta cells . . . did MDI for 2 years and am now pumping for 2 months. I'm using 37% less insulin now that I'm on the pump.  Is this similar to what other pumpers have experienced?
