Depression
I want to know if anyone else deal with depression? And if so how do you deal with it? I find myself depressed trying to deal with my diabetes. I am tierd of taking medication all the time.

Running 26.2 miles
I have been living with diabetes for about 8 months. I am a runner, and have ran 26.2 Marathons. Just wanted to know if I can continue taking gel packs while I train and run, or should I be eating other types of foods while training or during the runs.

Carbohydrates
Can someone tell me what your limit of intake on carbohydrates per day? It was never really explained as far as the importance of keeping track of your carbohydrates intake being diabetic. Thank you,Amy
