DP frustrations

I'm a long term Type I, over 40 years. despite lots of ups & downs, so far I've had no long term negative consequences that I know of. the biggest problem I've been wrestling with is dawn phenomena, not just slightly elevated but many times over 250. I been taking the med's for first three days and having problems with burr vision is this common?

Awful Metallic taste

Monday I was alerted by my eye doctor that I could have diabetes. My vision had change alot since April (actually since October). Saw my gp, took a lot of blood, blood glucose is 345, glucose in urine > 2000. I'm supposed to see him next week for further instructions, maybe even a script. Woowho.... Read more Chevron

Maple Syrup?

My 3 year old healthy and active grandson...after taking a nightly bath...smell like Maple Syrup? Any input to as why, would be appreciated. Thanks to all...JohnM. in Calif.
