Can You Do It Without A Doctor?
Doctors take things out of you and enjoy prescribing expensive meds that are in their interests. Doctors were beneficial to me when I had my Appendix removed and my lower back Disc repaired and they are very important in our life BUT they have little training in NUTRITION which is the advice we need as Type 2 Diabetics.
