getting insulin when your insurance runs out?

My insurance un my Part D Medicare has hit the donut hole. Does anyone know how to get insulin without paying 100 a vial. I use three of Lantus and three of Novalog. That six hundred a month and I do not have that kind of money thanks Long Lost Queen
