Hot baths can bring on big problems
I had a very scary experience this week when I noticed some distinct redness near the heel of one of my feet (I have neuropathy in both). I had also had trouble walking and experienced a dramatic increase in pain in my feet in the previous 3 days or so. For your information-sjorngren's syndrome
I have had diabetes type 2 for about 5 years. You are all aware of the symptoms. Just lately, I have had a large swelling in my cheek/jaw. My primary care doctor sent me to a ear/nose/throat doctor. Diabetics and exercise
Two years ago, I fell down my staircase and broke my left tibia bone. Ever since, I have some discomfort walking. Now a diabetic is supposed to exercise.
