I am now taking 5 Byetta and 2.5 Glyburide in the am and 5 Byetta in the pm. My evening sugars drop to 48,72,86, i hour after taking Byetta in pm only. Can I only take the am and skip the pm? Confusion reins! What's an "exchange"?
Can someone please help me understand "exchanges"? They never seem to make any sense for me? When I see the word "exchange" my brain shuts down. :) :)
