I have been trying to figure this disease for over 13 years and still don't understand. I have find that eating protein all day and night and exercise seem to keep me healthy. anyone have the same experience?

Taking Shots Made Easier

So I've had diabetes for 14 years and once I started taking Lantus, the injection sites would really hurt. With the Lantus having a higher pH level, it tends to sting more.
