Setting dietary and exercise goals is important for people with diabetes. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle will help you achieve your diabetes management goals as well. For instance, maintaining a near-normal blood glucose level, having healthy lipid levels, and a reasonable weight are all goals that will improve your quality of life.
