A1C and blood sugars

At a Glance

The Hb A1c test tracks the amount of glucose that sticks to the hemoglobin in your blood. The glycosolated hemoglobin test happens every 90 to 120 days. Doctors use Hb A1c to see how well patients are taking care of their diabetes.
