Planning your meals more carefully, figuring out how to get more exercise into your schedule and learning all you can about diabetes will help you manage this condition. You may need to take medicine and check your blood sugar each day. Your doctor will tell you if that is necessary. Working with your diabetes care team will help you make these changes and stay healthy.
