Big Blue Test

Just sharing: My first test at 2:00 (14:00 was 109, and then with 14 minutes of the stationery bike, it was 107. If I do 30 minutes, I usually see a more substantial change in blood glucose.

I have severe glucose intolerance, getting worse, bit scared!
