Hot baths can bring on big problems

I had a very scary experience this week when I noticed some distinct redness near the heel of one of my  feet (I have neuropathy in both). I had also had trouble walking and experienced a dramatic increase in pain in my feet in the previous 3 days or so. For your information-sjorngren's syndrome

I have had diabetes type 2 for about 5 years.  You are all aware of the symptoms. Diet and Exercise

I follow the direction given to me by my doctor when I was first told I had type 2 diabeties last May27th. I watch everthing I eat and test my self every morning upon waking up.
