Q: WHY WHEN I AM SLEEP DO I HAVE TO BE AWAKEN WITH UNBEARABLE PAIN AND NUMBNESS IN MY HANDS?

This could be due to some neuropathy or it could be the way that are sleeping.  I know if I sleep with my hands over my head, I can have numbness and pins and needles in my arms, but it clears when I get up and start moving around.
