I was told to limit my intake of the following:   Fatty bacon (can have back bacon with fat trimmed off) Mutton and lamb (it has the most fat) High fat beef (so choose topside ground beef instead of regular etc) Processed meats with high fat content (so choose a "lite" brand of hamburger, hotdog etc)   The following are better choices: Lean chicken (no skin, visible fat removed) Fish (especially those rich in Omega 3, like salmon and tuna) Ostrich Venison, game Pork (with all visible fat removed)   HTH.
