Q: I am doing online classes. I have a final project topic call helthful eating.

I am a diabetic and thought this topic was a goo one to do.  I would lilke to add some information about healthful eating for diabetics.  Could you please help me with this topic?

I am not sure exactly what you are looking for, but I would definatly put something in about correct carb counting for your weight.  I weigh about 170 and have a "carb allowance per meal".  Breakfast - 45 carbs.  Lunch - 60 and Supper - 60.  Like for breakfast, I can have scrambled eggs, bacon, 2 slices toast (with butter/margerine) and 4 oz of OJ (or almost any juice). 

 

Make sure you list some "FREE" Foods - like sugar free jello (no carbs up to say 4 or 5).  I hope this helps a little.
