Joolin-   Congrat's! I am a diabetic and was pregnant. I know it can be a hard and frustrating thing. If you numbers are over 120 every once in a while it will not hurt the baby. Continue to check your bg's and your physician will be able to make adjustments.  I know when I was prego the further I got in the pregnancy the higher my bg's would get.
