Susy-   Hi! most physician's like you to be under 100, so 115-120 isn't bad at all. I was having the same issue with my FBS.  I cut the number of carbs I ate at night, did away with the bedtime snack and I incorporated evening walks.  It has helped so far.  You might want to keep in mind that if you are having your monthly your FBS will be elevated a little bit. Your 3 month average (A1C) is a good test but you have to be able to maintain your bg's and by doing so you have to check your bg's and report anything that may seem a little off.  Consult with your Physician and see what happens.    Take care Cherise Community Moderator
