Hi Johnson,   Thank you for your question. I'm not sure if you're looking for side effects or drug interactions from these medications, so I'll try to give you information about both. There are no drug interactions between these four medications, but that doesn't take into account other medications or supplements (including vitamins, minerals, and over-the-counter medications) that you may be taking.   The most common side effects of Byetta include pain at the site of injection, diarrhea, upset stomach, and low blood sugar. Lipitor can cause headache and upset stomach. A rare but serious side effect of Lipitor is muscle pain. If you experience muscle pain, you should contact your doctor immediately as this may be a sign of a serious complication. Common side effects of lisinopril/HCTZ include cough (as mentioned above), headache, and dizziness. Lexapro is most commonly associated with diarrhea, insomnia, and sexual side effects (including impotence). If you find that the Lexapro keeps you awake, try taking it first thing in the morning.
