Q: What is Gluco-Sure? Is it safe for anyone to use ? If so Whom?

I have never heard of Gluco-Sure and I was wondering what it is.  I have been diabetic type-1 for 40 years now and I have heard of most things on this site.

Hello:

This product is made with Ivy Gourd ( Coccinia) there is plenty of information in the Web.

Apparently it works to some extend it helps regulate the glucose but the price tag of Gluco-Sure is way too much, about 50 P/M versus 7.00 in other sites.

I have not tried yet but I am ordering it and will post results in about 30 days or so.

Be happy

I've been using it and believe it has helped me lower my HbA1c from 7.2% to 5.8%.  I'm ordering it for my mother to see if we can get hers down.

I have been taking it for 2 months and it has helped me. I am type ll diabetic though. It keeps mine down in the 100-120 when it was running 140-180. I can't take anything with the gymnea sylvestra. It makes me ill even though it does bring my sugar down.

How many a day do you take, do you take them with each meal -- before or after.

Thanks for the info.  I just ordered it and am looking forward to trying.  I too am getting 180 readings.  What do you mean that you can't take anything with the gymnea sylvestra?  Do you mean you can't take any other supplements or medicine?  Thanks - Ed

Check other websites, above and below, for ingredients and amounts.

Remember, everone's body chemistry is different...what works for one,

may not work for another.

For example, I can feel the difference with 1,000 mcg's of chromium picolinate several times a day, while I don't notice any difference with 300 mg gymnema

( "the sugar destroyer" ) caps or 50 mg vanadium caps taken as frequently

or together.

500 mg niacin ( the flushing kind) AND ( "cool" )  40,000 heat unit cayenne caps

also work for me...because of increased blood circulation.

Probably the best thing that a person can do is to avoid all processed foods

and focus on low glycemic organic foods- mostly veggies.

For those with type o blood, add red meat.

Not easy, but very effective.

I was told that I was pre-diabetic. A1C 6.9 Refuse to go on meds. Took Gluco sure for three months, didn't change my diet or engage in additional exercise - my blood A1C after 3 months was down to 6.1.

My doctor poo pood the supplement and said I was waisting my money. So I stopped taking it until my next blood test - AIC went up to 6.7.

Back on the supplement - if it helps a little then it's better then taking drugs that will kill you anyway.
