I would call your Doctor. If you're always hungry, and not getting your fill then maybe he can adjust your insulin rates. Never being below 200 is not a good thing. Do you like healthy foods? Because fats like meat and such are better then carbs when your blood sugar is high, but fats are just not that healthy in general. I would look into salads, and whole-grain carbs. I know they are not the most tasty-but until they get your blood sugar down it is probably they best idea. Chicken is a good source of protein, and no carbs as well. Does your Doctor know that you are always tired? I would check into that. It's very good for esp type 2 diabetes to get some sort of exercise. We want you to live a LONG healthy life :) Blessings!
