I read a lot about possible side effects and some of them seem to be dangerous. I am only on my second day and haven't experienced any side effects at all. Is that a good sign or can something show up later?
Q: Newly diagnosed diabetic on Januvia for 2 days. No side effects yet but can they show up later?

Hi,
I was diagnosed w/ diabetes 15 months ago and put on Januvia. I haven't had any side effects from it and have done very well w/ it. I try to take it at the same time everyday. I was taking it before bed, but now I try to take it at lunchtime. My dr. says it doesn't matter when I take it - just take it at the same time. I tried metformin but did much better on Januvia.
