Q: anyone have experience of insulin resistance?

recently changed from tablet control to insulin following a spell in hospital 6 weeks ago. Now using 180 units novo rapid and 60 units of levemir and levels are higher than when on metformin, gliclazide and rosiglitazone. now on onlt 1g metformin twice and the 4 injections.  GP and endocrine consultant head scratching at moment wondering if anyone else has "the T-shirt"
