Good job on exercising, keep up the good work. Guess what, 3.1 points isn't bad at all as long as you didn't drop under 70.  When you exercise you should also carry something to raise your bg's just incase you drop too low. Of course a reduction in your glucose reading is OK, but 3.1 is not significant
