Q: Why do I stay hungry all the time? Even ten minutes after I have a meal.

I'm more hungry late at night than I am at breakfast time.

Hello! In order to reduce your hunger pains your going to have to lower the amount of carbs you eat.  David Mendosa (expert) wrote a sharepost called "How can eating make you hungry".  I read the article a few times and I think it will help you also.  It's funny how are body needs something but can't find a balance.
